Description

Starring Maria from Yogamarisol. We have to look after ourselves. Not only in a physical way, but in an emotional, mental and spiritual way, too. Maybe now more than ever it’s necessary to find our peace, inside of us, so we can release the tension we built up. There are many ways to find that stillness in our heart. Meditation and yoga are just two of them.
